This website is only for delivery of products to customers in mainland UK and Northern Ireland addresses. We cannot deliver to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Orkney, Shetland and Scottish Islands, BFPO addresses, or the Republic of Ireland.

Delivery charges and estimated timescales are specified when you place an order. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales. 

Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered or on the date of first attempted delivery by us.



We take payment from your card or PayPal account at the time we receive your order, once we have checked your card or PayPal details and stock availability. Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods. Returns, Cancellations and Substitutions

Your satisfaction is our unique priority. So, if you are not satisfied with your purchase or in the unlikely event that you receive faulty or damaged goods, please first contact us. We accept authorized returns (wait our returning address) for an exchange, credit, or refund within 7 days on receipt of the purchased items. The returned items must be unused and in their original condition. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges. Any credit or refund will be for only the price paid, minus shipping/handing and insurance. We reserve the right to change the conditions at anytime.
